We can usually supply a commercial epc for your property within 5 working days of the on-site survey and at a competitive fee. We employ accredited professional Assessors (levels three and four) to undertake all instructions. EPCcom is not a referral site. Our business comprises a group of self employed professional commercial property energy assessors who share technical information and help to ensure that all instructions are handled effectively from instruction to lodging the epc.
