epccom was established by George Strachan, Chartered Surveyor (FRICS). Dipl. HI., Dip DEA, Dip NDEA. George Strachan Chartered Surveyor provided professional services in the north east of England from Teesside to the Scottish borders, including the Newcastle/Gateshead conurbation, and throughout the UK with the specialised epccom division. George has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor since 1984 dealing mainly within the residential valuation and survey sector.   He has held senior management positions in residential estate agency and in plc retail since 1976 . 

George was one of the UK's first licenced Home Inspector. He is also a qualified/accredited energy assessor for both residential and commercial property. 

George is now retired from the business but remains as a consultant.

 

Paul Noble Building Surveying Fd, Dip DEA, Dip NDEA is a surveyor and accredited energy assessor for both residential and commercial properties.

Paul manages our North East office of the epccom division, dealing with residential and commercial energy performance instructions. He is involved in the production of EPC's across the north east region, and thoughout the UK for commercial energy performance instructions. Geoff Williams Dip HI, Dip DEA, Dip NDEA has worked in the residential property industry in the north east of England for over 30 years, having advised most of the major developers/builders and worked for Barratt, Leech (Persimmon) and Bett Homes (Gladedale Group) at Sales Director level.

Geoff is a qualified home inspector and energy assessor in both residential and commercial property. He has in-depth knowledge of the residential property market and now produces detailed site appraisal reports on new build, part exchange reports and energy performance work.
